Most school leaders I talk to are using AI.

But, the interesting part is they are barely scratching the surface of what it can actually do.

They use ChatGPT or Claude to write an email. Summarize a document. Create a few discussion questions. Maybe help put together a staff meeting agenda.

And there's nothing wrong with any of that.

But that's not what I would call being an AI-Ready School Leader.

The leaders who are really getting ahead right now are using AI differently.

They're using it to analyze school data safely and identify patterns they might have missed. Think through difficult decisions before making them. Build presentations and PD in a fraction of the time, then tweak to make it their own. Create workflows that eliminate repetitive administrative work. Improve communication with staff, parents, boards, and communities. Build systems that allow their teams to work more effectively.

They're not just using AI to save 10 minutes writing an email.

They're using AI to become better leaders. And they have the judgment and discernment on when NOT to use AI. They know when their staff should slow down, and are ready for deep conversations and decisions around this emerging technology.

That's the entire idea behind my AI-Ready School Leaders Certification Program.

For four weeks this October, I'm taking a group of school leaders through the exact tools, workflows, and strategies I'm using right now.

This isn't a course where you sit and watch me talk about AI.

We're going to build things (we’ve already done it with two other Cohorts with overwhelming success that you can read in the reviews).

You'll work on a real project connected to your current role, learn through four live sessions and 14 lessons, and leave with workflows you can actually use.

The next cohort runs October 6–27, and during the Summer Sale it's 30% off.

→ See the AI-Ready School Leaders cohort (use the code “SUMMER” when you check out or email me at [email protected] to set up a PO)

If the live cohort isn't the right fit, there's a second path.

Next Gen Schools gives you the self-paced AI Fluency Program for School Leaders plus the ongoing community at a much lower price point. You lose the live cohort, feedback, and built-in accountability, but you can learn entirely on your own schedule.

It's also 30% off this week.

The goal isn't to use more AI. It's to become the kind of leader who knows when, why, and how to use it with purpose.
